Just the way it is. The longer you stay with someone the more likely it is to go up

They don’t have insurance because they’re poor and stupid. Ruled at fault, and where is the $15k to repair my shite going to come from?

No real answer.

I bet you can’t get an actual answer which usually means it’s greed

Im actually surprised auto insurance is as cheap as it is. Rear-end someones new f150 and its $20k. t-bone it and its 60k. someone says their neck hurts after a bumper tap and its 15k to settle....for each person in the car.

Because they finance every loser with a pulse. You don’t think every Altima crap wagon with a duck taped bumper got into a mysterious freak accident swerving to avoid extraterrestrials, do you?

That's probably why the scumbags stole yours. It's not just your area that is seeing higher insurance premiums. It's the same thing here in Virginia. I just paid $403.00 yesterday on a quarterly premium that cost me less than $300.00 last year. Last year of Trump, that same premium was less than $200.00. Yeah, Bidenomics is working here.

My 2 cents on life is that you don’t survive inflation if you are not in the market.

Because insurance companies are in the business of taking as much of your money as they can and then paying as little as possible when you need them.

Your own insurance covers you.

I want legislation that includes jail time for people that simply can't follow the laws. Poor and stupid isn't an excuse to do whatever the frick you want without consequences. Put them on a work farm until they pay off your damages. Personal accountability is the most broke part of our society.

We just switched from Allstate to State Farm this week and are saving almost a thousand dollars. Got tired started shopping around after our car and homeowners shot up.

No it's not. I've been with the same company since right after college, and I've never seen this level of increases every 6 months like the last few yrs. I had a truck stolen 4 yrs ago. At the 3yo mark I should have seen a solid drop, but I haven't. Still going up. I doubt I will be seeing the final drop at the 5yo total drop off mark. It's not normal times.

Cars are getting more expensive to replace/fix and that's trickling to others. Not excusable for the poorer in our society to not have ins, but someone with a 15+yo car is paying to share the burden with people who have newer cars. That's something that needs to get figured out or the poor will keep avoiding it. Obviously the illegals, and leech lawyers don't help.
