Metoprolol 50 mg. But mine was more for a rapid pulse ( 100-105 resting). Now resting pulse is 80-85. Not horrible for 60 yrs old.

I bet that map correlates nicely with the "where the fat people at" map.

I am 5'11" 168.

My numbers all look better when I am < 170 so I work to stay there.

Never had high blood pressure until I got on testosterone therapy a few years ago. Got off the testosterone, but bp remained an issue, thus still on the meds.

Used to. Took lisinopril at first but it gave me a constant cough so I switched to metroprolol. Finally got off them last year.

43 6'4" 180lbs Metoprolol 150Mg resting BP 85/60. Genetic condition. Goal is to make the heart work as little as possible to prevent damage to it. Every time I stand up is a crap shoot on if I feel like I'm going to pass out.

Mine is hard to control, but the ChynaVirus caused it to drop during the summer. 105/67. Now its back up to 130/85.

Has anyone gotten 120 over 80 or less figures on bp meds?
Yeah but that was with significant lifestyle changes. Actually had to get off them altogether. I'm usually around 115 over 70 now without meds. Used to get as high as 180/110.

My husband takes lisinopril 20 mg every day. Started out at 10 and it was increased afte I think about 3 months of taking pressure and visiting with the doc for a follow up.

Sounds like you need an inline booster pump!
