0Im 5'10 210lbs and before the bp meds, i was hitting 160/105 in the mornings. The Dr put me on Olmasarton(Benicar)20mg and i was still getting 130s/90s, so he just changed me to Olmasarton 40mg...hopefully it works

on 1/21/21 at 10:16 am to GamerGodwas stress induced. but was 130/100 range. put me on a weak diuretic for a year. just took me off of it last month potassium was critically (2.7)low and side effect of the diuretic.
last night i was 120/82 with no meds
