Ben Franklin was pretty awesome. Invented so many things: Lightning rod, bifocals, Franklin stove, flippers for swimming, and a flexible catheter.

The dude loved to party and was huge in the Louisiana Purchase. Thomas Jefferson did the business and Franklin did all the social aspects to make the deal go through.

Also, I read somewhere years ago they'd give him false info b/c he'd get drunk and tell everyone the plans.

Werner Von Braun is fascinating. Goes from a high ranking Nazi scientist to getting the US to the moon, leading NASA and starring in a Disney film.

I think it would be very interesting to know the whole story of Jesus. How much is true, how much is myth, etc. Not for a moment do I think he was anything more than a man, but it would be interesting to know the details of his life.

He has to be either a liar, a lunatic, or the messiah that was prophesied hundred of years before. There's really no other options and plenty of historical facts to support or disprove each of these.

John Hancock was a filthy rich shipping magnate. He was a playboy who got with all of the most beautiful women in town. At night, he dressed in a disguise and fought a secret war against tyranny and injustice. He was colonial batman.

I’m going to have to go with Hitler on this one. He basically had no talent at anything but somehow managed to weasel his way into power and ended up being one of, if not the most, infamous people of all time.

Daughter made me watch Hamilton, then I did some research. Dude had a wild life.

Not sure he's the most fascinating, but thought he deserved a mention
