It somehow always ends up coming around right back to how cool and chill they are with one night stands for all the big female comedians I have seen.

And the answer is Carole Burnett, if we're talking about "legitimately funny". If she were allowed to say the kinds of things comics can say today (as opposed to the censorship both self and external that she had), she'd absolutely murder.

Ali Wong's last two specials are some of the best female standup in the recent past.
Maria Bamford's earlier stuff is damned good. Her more recent stuff is a bit out there.
Whatever the case, they are both head and shoulders above all the Schumers, Glazers, Silvermans and other garbage 'comics'. Just lazy, stupid, shitty work by them.
Whoever said Wanda Sykes needs their head examined. Holy shite that's a bad take. Tina Fey is the head writer that led to the flaming garbage that is and has been Saturday Night Live for the past decade or more. She just torpedoed SNL.
All time: you're talking Carol Burnett, Joan Rivers for starters.
