I saw her live when she 1st came on the scene in Atlanta - she was an emergency sub for Jon Stewart opening for Howie Mandel.

Seriously I've never heard a great female standup. That is, I differentiate between standups and people like Elaine May and Lily Tomlin. May was brilliant and Tomlin was close, but they weren't really standups in the Bob Hope/Lenny Bruce/Richard Pryor sense.
