I believe I have heard the term "heavy lift" at least 30 times in the last 2 weeks. One guy must have used it 5 times in his 2 minutes on a Teams meeting.

The one I’m hearing more often now is “to the left.” The corporation, or some portion of the corporation, is on the right; clients or customers or users are on the left. The goal is to push things towards the customers or users.
