I believe I have heard the term "heavy lift" at least 30 times in the last 2 weeks. One guy must have used it 5 times in his 2 minutes on a Teams meeting.

The one I’m hearing more often now is “to the left.” The corporation, or some portion of the corporation, is on the right; clients or customers or users are on the left. The goal is to push things towards the customers or users.

I have a director that uses "space" too much. It drives me crazy.

"Let's stay in this space"
"When you are in a certain space"
"This is a good/bad space"

Last meeting we had, he spoke for maybe 15 minutes and used it 16 times. I counted them.
