More than likely I’m sure this wouldn’t be an issue but I’m gonna go out on a limb and say the kid is a piece of shite. The kids parents are not married, they rely on government assistance, He sucks in school, and he will not contribute much to society other than producing more offspring that live off the government. There are plenty of freeloading shitty people of all colors in the US but damn black people are in a race to stay on top. I wonder if when their ancestors and relatives sold them into slavery if they were culling out the shitty ones.

Obviously you don’t physically assault the child but what struck me in that video is there is absolute no sense from the kid that trespassing at a private pool is wrong, as if it’s his right to use it as he pleases.

She was wrong to hit the kid, but if he had drowned in the pool, she and the complex would be sued for negligence, and there would likely be protests.

Kids do shitty things, usually a by product of their environment or parents, sometimes they are just turds but you can’t ever put hands on them or other objects unless you are being actively attacked.. just not worth risking so much over a shitty kid

She was repeatedly slapping him and pouring liquid on him, even though he wasn't violent towards her. He was trespassing and probably being an a-hole, but you can't assault them unless they're a threat.
