Rhodesia became a proxy war just like Korea and Vietnam except it was one sided.
ZANLA and ZIPRA had the soviets and the chinese behind them. The Rhodesians' problem was having declared their independence, the British wouldn't back them and they lacked strategic importance for us to get involved.
Before the communists rallied in support, the organic Africans "taking their land right back" as you put it were getting slaughtered in some of the most one sided military defeats in human history.

As the article points out, the court only dismissed the argument that a parliamentary committee lacked legal authority to report it's recommendation.
Whether land appropriation happens or not is still up for debate, they haven't lost the larger fight yet.

Serious question - is that what many blacks truly want deep down subconsciously? Do they have a subconscious want to return to wearing loincloths, bones in their noses, and hunting with spears?
I know many of you will find this question as racist, but it's not intended to be. Truly trying to understand the psyche of the sjw type blacks. There's just very little examples, if any, of truly successful economies run by africans at any level (country, state, city, town).

I did a little reading last night after seeing this thread. Contrary to what several posters believe, there was an indigenous population in what is now South Africa when the Dutch East India Company first set up Cape Town as a port to reprovision and repair it's fleet. Part of it's original appeal, aside from the protected anchorage, was that there are locals with livestock who were willing to tradee with the Dutch. Around 1650, when initially established, the Dutch had no plans to expand into an actual colony. Cape Town was initially just a waystation for the spice trade.

The problem is that land has changed ownership several times and current owners are the only ones punished while also the least likely to support the racist polices of the past.
Happened to a friend of Mines family farm in Zimbabwe a few years ago. The situation sucked for everyone EXCEPT the actual bad guys.

Don’t have a ton to add to this but I play a stupid online game and have a group of Afrikaans in there. The white Dutch dude is pretty scared shitless about it. He knows of people killed. The black dude says it’s bad but he didn’t have quite the degree of fear. He does see what’s going on and decries it.
