That’s sad all the way around. At least the baby won’t remember this mess. Its too bad though that a court wouldn’t award has mom for carrying and delivering and raising. Let the other couple sue the clinic for damages.

She needs to accept that the child belongs with its actual parents. Sue the clinic for your troubles as a surrogate.

She was a surrogate, non-consenting but still a surrogate. No court would have given her custody over the biological mom and her attorney told her that.
It’s absolutely a terrible situation and the clinic needs to be thinking about writing a check out the arse to settle the lawsuit that’s coming.

I'm going to assume that their client list isn't very large and I'm also going to assume that the list of African American clients is even smaller so it probably wasn't very hard to figure out. Also, the lady did a DNA test and she probably provided those results when she notified and eventually sued the clinic
