Where did all the white dog poop go?

During my nightly summer walks I’ve noticed a disturbing amount of dog poop, but whats more disturbing, is the complete lack of white dog poop. When i was a youngster finding a pile of white dog poop was exciting, neigh, a write of passage! There was just something about the transformation of something to go from what it was, to completely white and chalky. We would light that stuff on fire and roast smores for hours using that stuff, but, for whatever reason it seems to be a thing, like most all good things, of the past. Have you noticed this, might i be so bold, issue? I feel like dogs have been getting sicker lately and i cant help but corolate the two!
