Tree is already up waiting for the kids to decorate it. We are goin on vacay tomorrow and will be gone til after thanksgiving so we are getting that done now. Outside will be done the weekend after Thanksgiving but in my opinion it’s ok to start about now with whatever. All that work putting it up to enjoy it a lil while longer.

We do ours the weekend after Thanksgiving. No tree this year because of crazy pugs. So, we'll have lots of lights and stuff outside.

Currently, they go up in the stores before Halloween. If say after Thanksgiving, like when I was a kid.

one of my pet peeves is people/corporations who start with Christmas decorations before Thanksgiving is over.

The correct answer. Basically when the S/0 says she wants them out. Otherwise I have to listen to her complain about it over the sound of the games every weekend.

We normally start Nov. 1 to put stuff up because we have a huge set up that takes a few weeks but nothing is lit until after thanksgiving

The precise moment Auburn pulled ahead by 20 points on UGA, according to the SO

Which was no doubt a festive moment so I didn't give her too much shite about it

I will go with "never". Of course, I am the a-hole who hates Christmas to begin with. I can't imagine that I am the only one who feels this way.

Nah, there are a lot of unhappy people on the world. You certainly have company out there.

Tree is up now but lights only.
They are remote controlled and make it festive.

Some Christmas do—dads are scattered about the house with more to come.

Most is the weekend after Turkey day.

Wife normally does it the weekend after Thanksgiving, but this year we are having Thanksgiving for the family the Saturday prior to Thanksgiving due to me being gone fishing for the next week (subtle brag) so she has already decorated our house inside and out. Me I give zero fricks about any of it, but it makes her happy so its a win win.

In my house we have fall/halloween decor up in the month of October and then the harvest decor until Thanksgiving then the weekend after Thanksgiving the Christmas stuff goes up.
