2011 in north Palm beach. 3/2 1100 sq feet for 168k. I was 30. We did about 25k worth of renovations and sold it in 2017 for 410. It sold after Covid for over 600

3/2 in Lakeview - but one of those prefab homes. The note was around $1800 with taxes/insurance.

Purchased 1993 for $93,000 and put $21,000 in it. Sold it in 1999 for $161,000.
It was a 4 bed 3.5 bath, 1900sf ranch.
Saw it on the market a year or so ago for $279,000.

custom build . moved in in 2009. 675k- ish. not really sure, though.

No, I was making in the low $40K’s in 1992. I was guessing that plant engineers with that same amount of experience make about $120K today? So that would be equivalent of around a $180K purchase.

2015 - $260,000 - 1,750 sf in the Kenilworth area of Baton Rouge. Built in 1972; addition and renovation in 2014. I will never buy another DIY renovation again.
