My wife and her mom were painting last Friday. I asked if they needed help and both of them gave me kind of smartass "we got this, we know what we are doing" responses. I didn't say anything. I went sit on the couch and waited. 5 minutes later my wife asked me to take a door off the hinges. The next day I made sure my wife saw me cleaning paint splatters off of the floor.

And, unless I am missing something biologically inherent, a skill that is dominated by men is fertilizing women’s eggs.

In reality, it's a system built by men, maintained my men, to cater to women. The withdrawal of male maintenance and protection of it means it craters almost immediately. There are layers to this, some are very big picture and sound ominous (ie, all of the structures built to facilitate the "progress" for women are on the backs of men willing to protect it).

But at a much more basic level, men withdrawing economically crashes in the entire thing in hours. For candor, in pure "how the system is built to function" - women boycotting probably does the same. But men could rebuild and restart it, and candidly it'd probably be leaner and eventually more efficient. Women don't have anything like that option.

Nobody needs millions of HR and marketing jobs when nothing is being produced.
