I haven't had one in many many decades, but lemonade (real) with extra lemonade and sweetened-condensed milk. Sounds bizarre, but it's incredible.
eta: i just read some responses above and am happy to see the milk isn't bizarre. Whew. I thought i was remembering some esoteric childhood proclivity.
