I generally go with movie speeches. Scent of a Woman is up there.
I'd take a flame thrower to this place

its kind of ridiculous, but when I was trying to quit smoking I was reading a book about the 1981 IRA hunger strikers and was like, damn if these dudes can go 60+ days with no food until they die, I can stop fricking smoking ha. It worked.

Jim Valvano's speech at the ESPY's weeks before he passed.
His hour long motivational speeches he would give at various places back when he was healthy were better. They’re on YouTube and hilarious. Absolutely worth the watch.

Not a speech but a song, I always thought Johnny Cash's a boy named Sue is pretty motivational.... lol.

I usually just think about my childhood friend who suffered a spinal injure that made him a quadriplegic for 12 years before he died. That's all the motivation I need to stop being a bitch & do something positive with my life.

I go to a couple.
Denzel - Dream Big
Les Brown/Zig Ziglar - I've been in some low spots in my life early as a dad. I listened to this for the first time on the highway going to work and was balling the last 2 minutes thinking of my daughter. Les Brown/Zig Ziglar
