this is an old but it is an inspiring message. what he says in the video, "just because i can't do it today, doesn't mean i can't do it some day" registers with me.

and this isn't because i can't walk or need to lose weight, but i just find it very motivating and inspirational.

At the MSU/UF game a few years ago there was a disabled veteran they were honoring during one of the breaks in the game. He lost both of his legs in Iraq/Afghanistan. He was able to stand up and take a few steps with his prosthetics. Crowd went absolutely nuts. Awesome moment.

Steve Harvey- Sometimes you have to jump

Nothing in life is gonna change if you stay in your comfort zone and don’t take a risk. It ain’t gonna be easy and it might hurt along the way. But it’ll be worth it in the end.

Dick and Rick Hoyt

If that doesn't make you want to be a better father, nothing will.

This is good, wished I had followed it. Unfortunately I'm in my 40s and a burned out paramedic with nowhere else to go. I should have done something else when I was younger. This is a good video to show teenagers and young adults.

If I need a pick me up, watching youtube vids of babies seeing for the first time with glasses or hearing for the first time with hearing aides usually does the trick

Also colorblind people putting on EnChroma glasses for the first time

Tom Leykis has a good one about being a nobody but still, the importance of pushing for your goal. It was good because he was the nobody in the speech.

Allan watts although not motivational, he does provide thoughtful viewpoints of life. His one on death was life changing for me.
