Well I'd imagine somewhere down the hundreds of millions of years road, the different species of dinosaur would evolve/change/die off enough to become something a lot different than what the fossils show. Of course there's no way of knowing how that'd affect humans coming along or even existing by today but I doubt it'd be too unrecognizable from today's reality.

Humans probably wouldn't exist due to dinosaurs being so dominant. However if we were to exist as we don today just with dinosaurs shite would be way different.
