First time re-grouting my shower

Sorry if it’s a stupid question, but should I remove the old silicone seal around the tub and corners before re-grouting, then reseal or reseal before I re-grout?

Also, does anyone have experience with premixed grout? If so, notice any difference?

Also got offered Lamb, James Conner, and 2025 2.01 for Gibbs. I already have Benson.

Also was offered Chase Brown and 3.01 for Marvin Harrison. It feels uneasy giving up Marv and Gibbs for this, but in the end it would be:

Gibbs and Marv for Lamb, Conner, Brown, 2.01 and 3.01. I would have a near-elite WR corps and a steady RB corp with a new one coming at the 1.07 this year. Stupid for considering this?

10 team standard, 1 QB league. I would get BTJ and the 1.06 this year for Gibbs. I already have the 1.07. It could decimate my already thin RB room though. The rest of my team:

QB: Daniels, Penix
RB: Gibbs, Rachaad White, Dobbins, Benson, Edwards, Hunt
WR: Nico, DeVonta Smith, Ridley, Marv, McMillian, Thielen, Downs, Dell, Pearsall
TE: McBride, Noah Gray, Sinnot

Too risky?
