What was your rock bottom?

Was three years ago on this date for me. I picked up a six pack at lunch y’all just to have 1-2. I sat in my truck, drank the whole sixer (16ozers too), then went back to work. I was miserable that whole afternoon.
It was right then and there that I decided I needed to help myself or force myself to get help. Luckily, I was able to stop on my own and eventually learn self management, y’all.

Spring 2012. Weighed over 400 pounds, spent most days with a bottle of whiskey, smoked a pack of Marlboro a day, and almost failed out college. Things are much better now
