Even in the games we win, this team fails to make me believe

Good thing your belief doesn’t really matter at all

I pulled all of the data from 2009 to now. In 2009 the exit velo’s off the bats were so much faster than this year in 2026. We just aren’t hitting the ball as hard.

They changed the bats and balls several times post 09 to combat that exact issue. So yeah, that’s kinda by design.

I’ve heard the full marathon goes quiet once it splits from the half.

Dead silent. Still a lot of people cheering but it went from lively and fun to everyone left is in the pain cave really quick lol

Same as last year. Shorts, throw away sweatshirt dropped at about mile 3 gloves that I will probably lose at mile 7. I could be wrong but i don’t think last year was this cold?!

Yall are a different breed man. If it’s below 50 I’m in a hoodie

Im in tights, a long sleeve, a throw away jacket and a balaclava. I do not tolerate cold well
Should be 1:00 on the clock, then we drop the pick to seal it
Two pretty brutal calls against North Texas handing Tulane TDs. I want Tulane to win but this is an absolute hose job by the officiating crew

It’s noon and absolutely nothing. Seminole sniper is wrong again. Who’d have guessed that?
God damnit glen. Well that just confirms lane isn’t coming here

Once it bounced off of the Carolina player…..should be a dead ball right there

Exactly, just like a punt. They touch it first it’s dead

re: There is no way that is correct

I don’t understand how Carolina touching it doesn’t change anything? The ball bounced off of a panthers player

The defense held USCe to 7 without Pavia playing on that side.

Sellers wasn’t playing on the other side either

How much more talent can he really get at LSU in todays age

Recruiting rankings
2025: LSU 9 OM 19
2024: LSU 7 OM 20
2023: LSU 5 OM 20
2022: LSU 12 OM 22

This is all with a lazy coach who didn’t recruit. And the two years before Lane was there Ole Miss was 39 and 19. It’s easy to recruit at a top 10 level at LSU.

His HS classes at OM were mostly comprised of 3* guys, and when we really leaned into the portal we got just as much portal talent as he did. Plus he’d be back with his buddy Austin Thomas

Obviously there are several attainable guys out there who would be better than kiffin and be cheaper too

Obviously better AND cheaper? Name them

Y’all just assume he’s going to finally get over the hump like we thought BK would do when got him from ND? Not gonna happen

He’s made two NY6 bowls in 5 years at ole Miss. i.e. would have made the 12 team playoffs twice in 5 years. At Ole Miss. and looking to make it 3 times in 6 years.

So, yeah.
It’s not a buyout but he gets Nike stock as part of his compensation that he would lose if he left. Rumored to be like $30 mill worth of stock

He also made a playoff

His best wins last year were
Utah (finished 5-7)
KSU (finished 8-4)
BYU (actual decent win)

Had losses to TTU and a bad Cincinnati team, hard pass
Had playoff hype this year and they are 5-3

L to MSU (0-4 In the SEC)
Blown out by Utah
L to Houston

We just fired a guy for underperforming, you think that shite is gonna fly here?

This but add Hartline

I really like Hartline as a recruiter but he’s at his Alma mater and was mediocre as an OC so they had to bring in chip kelly to help him out. They’ve been good this year but pretty vanilla against an easy schedule so far.
