High adventure director at a Boy Scout summer camp. I taught and oversaw white water kayaking, rock climbing, and a ropes course. I taught for 3 years until I was 21 then was the director for 3 years while I was in law school. I got to climb my arse off all summer and got paid for it. I used to have a bunch of easy route for the campers that were right beside much harder routes, I would climb up with them and instruct them on technique.
I worked with a bunch of my close friends and we had a great time.

Ditto. Being a pizza delivery boy was great. Worked at a place that gave you $2 per delivery, so even if you were jipped you still got something. Decent money for a college age kid. $15ish bucks per hour averaging good and bad days together. We got cash every shift. Before the days of tip reporting.

Camp counselor at a fancy overnight summer camp in NC.

Cart/range/bag guy at country club. Had a few friends do it with me. Perfect job for teenage guys. It was either really busy or it was dead, either way we got to dick around outside in golf carts, snag beers left in coolers, and just get to enjoy being outside on a beautiful golf course. We got to play for free too but none of us were big into golf at the time and it was a tough course.

Cart-boy/caddy in high school. Easiest shite in the world, always got good tips, free beer from my dad's friends, and getting high with the others while playing cards in the shed in the cart bay.

Worked on a farm in high school. Mostly helped construct a fence around a 100 acre property but got to learn all kinds of skills with taking care of crops.
