Woke up at 5:27 this morning. Very rarely will I sleep till 6. Get up drink a cup of coffee, do #2, and go for a run before it gets hot. Ran 3.5 miles today and back home before 7. Now I’m sitting at Sam’s waiting for it to open. Don’t know why the one in Monroe doesn’t open till 8 on Saturdays. Before covid it would open at 7. I guess these frickers got spoiled with the extra hour

During the work week, I get up at 1230am. Weekends I sleep in to about 4 or 5 in the morning

5:30 AM everyday unless I'm going fishing then it's at least an hour earlier.

6-6:30a, thanks to having a 2 year old.

Generally the same (5:30-6), but my wife took the kiddo on a stroller walk and let me sleep in this morning as a FD weekend treat. Waking up on my own was GLORIOUS.

Costco doesn't open until 10. I remember standing outside waiting for it to open and I was the only one under 60

5:15am on week days.

6:30am on the weekends.

Waking up rested and not hung over on Saturday mornings at sun rise is a very under rated life habit.

Short of working nights, grown men don’t sleep past 7am, ever.

The 7am Saturday gym is for men that have figured it out. I said what I said.

I get up at 4:30, just like during the week.

That’s not an “I get up early and everyone else should get up early too” statement.

I would gladly sleep in longer if I could make myself fall back to sleep, but I gave up that fight a long time ago.

I’ve reached the age where I don’t sleep late anymore. I’m usually awake by 6:30. May not get up until 7:00 or so though. Usually I do get up to drink coffee and watch YouTube history videos until my wife and daughter wake up. They call it my “Saturday morning cartoon time.”

Damn you early morning braggers are insufferable. Always trying to one up each other.

Not a brag, just a mundane answer to a mundane question. Would love to sleep in, never been able to. I sleep maybe five hours a night, if I'm lucky. Plus we have two kittens that want their noms first thing in the morning.

Same. I stay up a little later on the weekends usually (10-11pm) but it doesn't help much. Birds start chirping, slight bit of light through the blinds and I'm wide awake

5:00am every day because the dogs are ready for us to wake up. I’m at the gym M-F by 5:30am and 7:00am on Saturday because they open later.

Between 630-7. Whenever the three year old wakes up. Sigh.

frick all this nonsense.

745 this morning. Dogs let me sleep in a bit. Had a couple extra drinks last night since it was Friday. Coffee time now.

During the week it’s more like 7. Dogs scramble at the first signs of movement.

I get up the same time every day. I just can't sleep in. I have been an early riser since childhood.
