I'm like 6-6:30 on weekends. I wake up at 5 during the week, so it's hard for me to sleep too late.

Wow.. So as a medical professional working nights and sleeping till 4pm..then catching up and sleeping in on my days off... I am weak? Cops too? .. Fireman and Paramedics too? We are stronger than you, my friend, and probably get twice as much done in my day. Stupid argument.

Bunch of old farts in this thread acting like waking up early as frick is some massive achievement. Just as you can't respect a man who gets up after 7/8am I can't respect a man who goes to bed before 9/10pm. But either way its more cringe that you and you people care about what time someone wants to get up. I wish I could sleep in til 9 or 10 am every weekend.

7:30 am usually. My kids are old enough to get their own breakfast so I am up naturally that time. I am up at 5 am during week for work

I wouldn't mind sleeping until 7-7:30 on the weekend but I just can't anymore.

I think having kids gets you out of that habit and over years your body just becomes accustomed to it.

Once our youngest kid started driving herself to school I just started going to work earlier. Thankfully that's an option for me. I like getting off by 3:30-4pm most days. I can go run errands, cut the grass etc after work even during CST.

Short of working nights, grown men don’t sleep past 7am, ever.

Lol this is so fricking stupid. Guess I’m not a “grown man” since I woke up at 745 today. The horror

Ah, this makes me feel much better about sleeping until 9 AM on a Saturday when I have nothing to do that day.

Old people have always pissed me off with their getting up at 5 AM, doing nothing, then calling later sleepers lazy and tell them they’re “burning daylight.” Meanwhile, they take a two hour nap in the middle of the day.

Whenever I wake up. No alarm or kids waking me up on the weekends. I love sleep. Maybe part of the reason I never very rarely get sick
