What professions are typically most sensitive to criticism of their work?

I.e they get the most butthurt if you question or criticize the job they did.

My dad is a lawyer and he says the two most difficult professions to represent are preachers and doctors because they both think they know everything.

Academics have to be up there. Teachers, professors, administrators, etc., etc.
