Auburn didn't announce Golesh until right after we announced Kiffin, so my guess is Auburn was holding out hope.

While he certainly seems grateful now for Saban and what that opportunity gave him, I don’t think he looks back fondly at his Alabama days at all.
From the interviews I've seen this is 100% my read as well. I think the only thing you have to worry about is the NFL.

Where are you seeing this? These guys all have social media accounts.

There were two times I saw him talk about it and I can't remember which one this was. One was on the Pat Macafee show and the other was on game day.
I think he also said he should stay at ole miss, but didn't know what Lane would do.
Saban seems like the type to give you straight advice though.

I second this. We lived in the same house for 10 years, then all the sudden we started seeing roaches. I used the Advion and never saw a roach again. It's been over 5 years. I would highly recommend this stuff.
