I have literally never had this happened to me.

The Jones Creek location is pretty decent.

Drive-thru at Popeyes is a 100%-guaranteed trip to the Land of Disappointment. Something will go wrong. Every time.

In my experience, a good chunk of their business orders spicy white every time. Good business management says “Order more of what people like”. But I don’t know how many times I ordered a 2 or 3-piece spicy white and got “We’re out of white meat chicken” over the speaker. Then I stopped going there because if a restaurant doesn’t have food it’s useless.
Edit: The old Popeye’s at Canal and Carrollton was in a constant state of foodlessness.

It's so bad at mine, that I (1) always go inside, (2) ask what they have cooked, and (3) place my order accordingly.
A mixed 3 piece spicy ordered from the drive thru is a guaranteed trip past the window to wait.

Would say about 10%
But 1 time is one time too many. And yeah I still wait

Last time I went to Popeyes, I asked for a 2 pc regular meal with mashed potatoes and an extra biscuit. I was asked to pull up...they brought out 2 tenders, 1 biscuit, and no spoon for the mashed potatoes...
How friggin complex is that? Popeyes have to be the worst fast food workers on planet earth, including other countries.

I go to Popeyes probably twice a week...so out of 8 times a month I might have to wait once. My order is never wrong. The Popeyes in my town is without a doubt the best location I’ve ever visited. The worst is the location on Essen and Perkins. It may be better now, but when I lived close by, I’d go up to the Popeyes on Jefferson in that gas station (I guess it shutdown since I left) just to avoid the Essen location. Absolutely awful.

I went to one in Texas one time and they were completely out of chicken. All they had was strips and shrimp. I asked “wtf, how can you be out of chicken?” The bitches reply was the delivery truck turned over on interstate and they ran out.

Since when? I've lived in that area of town for most of my life and it was always terrible about being out of whatever you want.
