My local branch runs about 50/50

I very rarely eat fast food anymore ,but at least you know it hasn't been under a heat lamp for hours. It else you'll claim it isn't fresh .

Patience.

I went to one in Texas one time and they were completely out of chicken. All they had was strips and shrimp. I asked “wtf, how can you be out of chicken?” The bitches reply was the delivery truck turned over on interstate and they ran out.

my wife and her family are from North Carolina and constantly told me this. Went up there a few months ago and went to check it out. That chicken is terrible. Better chicken at gas stations around here

It will take fifteen minutes to cook more. I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve heard this

Drive-thru at Popeyes is a 100%-guaranteed trip to the Land of Disappointment. Something will go wrong. Every time.

Surprisingly the Popeye's on government right next to Sonic is on point a great majority of the time.

Lines are quick, orders are accurate, and the staff is friendly.

I'm surprised anytime I go there.

White chicken sucks. Breasts are the super dry.

I once went to a Wendy’s a few years ago (Metairie/ Veterans Blvd) that was out of cheese.

One time the BK on Vets by Transcontinental was out of burgers. Seriously. Had to get a chicken sandwich.

Last year went to the Taco Bell on Vets and Bonnabel/ drive-thru- they said ‘all they had were hard tacos’. I thought they were joking- pulled to the window and asked for the manager- he said sorry, they hadn’t received a delivery and that was all they had. I left.

Popeyes is out of spicy chicken 1 out of 10 times i go. I just get mild. Not worth waiting 10 minutes.

Nope. I’m pretty much the exact opposite of fat. Sorry.

Remarkable that chicken parts ran out of a wrecked truck.

Forget Popeyes. Gotta go Southern Classic Chicken, if you're near Shreveport.

90% of the time, all mild, either white or dark is going to be 8 minutes or whatever.

this is the breakdown as described to me by a worker there.

normal times they cook 24 pieces at a time mild and spicy and wait until they run out to drop another batch.

during lunch and dinner hours they do double batches for the initial rush or 48 of each but they still dont cook extra until its gone.

what this means on average is if 2 people ahead of you order 10-12 piece boxes you will have to wait for a new batch to cook if you want more then a 2 or 3 piece dinner.

so that is why it feels like you have to wait every time you go, because they literally do almost cook it when you order it

After 6pm it skyrockets to about 80%.....them fricking dumbasses have ONE fricking job...cook chicken, and they just refuse to think ahead and figure they'll probably be asked for cooked chicken...
I haven't had spicy in 3 months because they just flat out run out

I'm just outside of Shreveport now. Popeye's Taco Bell and Burger King were my only options. Easy Choice. Blackened chicken fingers red beans rice and a biscuit. Damn it was good and the gals there were really nice. Sometimes they get it right
