“Let’s go!” is overused as frick. Anything remotely good happens in a sport? “LETS GO!!!”

Have mild success at work? “LETS GO!!!”

Almost decked her right there.

This. Suddenly, it cropped up and so many people say it. Do they think it's cute? It's also copycatting a gazillion people. It sounds stupid to me.

“_______ _____ ______, and I am here for it!”

Just freaking awful. Sounds like a bunch of trash magazine reading housewives and gays.

ALL. THE. THINGS.

It's a stupid phrase. Feel like the second all women hear something trendy, they all find a way to express it on social media. Before that, they all loved something to the moon and back

Also saying I'm dead when something is funny or just using the skull emoji

Last year, for the first time, I had multiple students who would do this if they answered a question correctly during class discussions.

“Go-to”, and this board is very guilty of it.

“Simp”, I had to ask some young people what this means.

I pointed this out to my wife recently. She just told me that I’m old and grumpy.

For me, it's the "singular they." I keep pictures of the most egregious examples. Current leader is this quote, from something called "Memebase," which comes from an article about some YouTube clown abandoning a pig:

quote:

When you adopt a pet, you are responsible for it for the rest of their lives.

I worked in an office where everyone wanted to collab at meetings. Short for collaboration. It made me want to vomit every time they said it.
