They always have paid higher thus attracting more applicants. Competition makes for better workers.
This isn't rocket science.
Their chicken sammich is still garbage. Nuggets for the win

McD’s and BK will hire anyone who can fog a mirror.

It is why cfa doesn't allow people to own more than 1 restaurant.
They do but I think it is a fairly new concept for them. Will be interesting to see if they see any decrease in service as I strongly agree with others that having the owner involved goes a long way towards the quality.

False. Half the workers at night and on the wknd look like they require a worker’s permit

Staffing comes with sales. CFA makes money hand over fist, with no lulls in business
“Hire good employees” well no shite. Everyone wants to hire good employees. CFA success goes well beyond the scope of that.

If they hire you and you are a shitty employee they actually fire you...Big surprise these days..

Christian maturity and training.

I think it's just ingrained into the restaurant. They pay their employees minimum wage, no extra benefits.

It's high school kids making 14 bucks an hour. That's a shitload for a high school kid.

That's just a sign that you're getting old.

I think they get paid a little more?
I did a report on Chick fil a in a sports marketing class I took at LSU about 10 years ago. They really take pride in their customer service. They want their customers to have an experience that you can't get at any other fast food place.
I interviewed the head of marketing out of Atlanta. He was very interesting and gave ne a lot of information.
Other fast food places get out of their employees what they give. They don't show them respect then they will care less about their job. They did the research, most of the time if you deal with a bad employee that means its a poorly managed business.
And they want their employees to feel as if they have opportunity to move up in the country. They have hired people from many of their locations to work in ATL.. Or be a regional manager.. And they like to hire managers within.

Positivity is contagious. It starts at the corporate level and trickles down to the employees.
