If you’re not at $125,000/yr you ain’t a good tech.
You walk around with your little HART communicator and throw words out like Hysteresis and gain and think nobody knows that you’re full of shite.

Not an I&C guy but I use that one a lot.

The term I hear others in my industry use instead is "de-bounce," which just sounds like stupid Newspeak.

Usually $400/hour before discounted rates. In 2022 I was 103% utilized based on a 2050 hour year.
Keep in mind that’s the billable rate. I do damn well for a kid from a small town in Louisiana, but $400/hour is not my salary. Wish it were though.

I would say for most retail pharmacists that’s pretty accurate, especially at a chain store. I work at an independent and can actually say I look forward to going to work. It has its moments, as I’m sure all jobs do, but I can’t imagine a better retail setting for me.
Now if the question were asked of me would I suggest a new high school grad go into pharmacy school I would have to say no. I understand that I’m in a unique situation where I’ve got a great quality of life and a lot of flexibility with my time off, and that’s pretty rare for a retail pharmacist.

Tough to calc between holidays, vacay days, but averaging about 50 hours a week when working. My rough math is about $185-$190 an hour for actual working hours
Edit: not benefit adjusted

This isn’t 2007 when everyone here was 18-29 making hourly wages.
It’s 2023 and we’re all 30-50 making salary.

I’m a salaried employee but my hours are billed by the firm to the client. I think $285/hour.
