I’ve got many fond memories fishing and hunting with my grandparents, Gassoway, then Yucatan and Bayou Bonne Idee. One particular time I was hunting with my grandma near bayou galion (Franklin hunting club maybe?). She always had a coffee can heater with toilet paper and alcohol to keep warm. A decent buck stepped out in the lane and she adjusted to get her gun up, kicking over the coffee can, spilling the alcohol, and setting the floor of the stand on fire in the process. Good times!

Living in MS and being married to an ole miss fan, I’ve always considered them LSU’s biggest rival.

How much more advanced or “better” are these new bows vs my dxt? At the risk of sounding like a pawpaw, I’ve been so happy with my dxt and like the way it shoots that I’ve not considered buying a new bow.

Riverhouse is popular, but I’ve found it to just be okay the times I’ve been.
Blue moon bakery is a locals spot and has good pizza; I always go at least once while there.
Thai basil is good if you like Thai.
ETA my reading comprehension sucks. I see now where you’re looking for a nicer place. The nicer place I went, Bucks T4, is now closed I believe.

Danny Waton is supposedly a good one, even though he went to Ole Miss…. I’ve not fished with him, but have been out with Exotic Excursions, who he guides for, for a boat day (pig island, snorkeling, etc…). I’ve also run into him fishing from the cliffs in Eleuthera (I was lusting after his Hilux). If he’s tied up I’m sure he can point you in the right direction. His number is 242-557-7474. Most of those folks use WhatsApp to communicate.

Correct, AM flights. Now FSD-DFW-MLU is a different story. Those flights are after 5PM, but coming home from a trip I’m not as concerned with delays/cancelations.

Cuse, do the delays get worse as the day drags on? I’ve got a flight from MLU-DFW-FSD coming up Thursday and just curious about the chance of delay both inbound to and outbound from DFW. Planned arrival for DFW is 7:02 and departure from DFW 10:14.

This is my 8th year in this house and I’ve not serviced mine yet. The previous owners installed it 3 years before I moved in and I don’t think he serviced it either. I guess it’s time…
