It’s a damn miracle drug, once it’s no longer so expensive anyone can lose weight. Works for 97% of people

I’ve lost about ten pounds since Thanksgiving but the biggest struggle is I’m frickin lazy when it comes to preparing food. Just don’t feel like cooking and leftovers go to waste when it’s just for me.

I do live shows in bed every day with my GF on onlyfans, fricking burns calories, but we do a lot of laying and just typing and talking.

Pizza and gas station food.

I lost about 20 lbs between January and October of last year. Deer season started and I starting pigging out on Casey's/Hunt Brothers pizza and Chester's Fried Chicken every weekend. I gained about 10 back. I'm about to drop it quick. Back down to 160 lbs so I'm not male whale status.

That's not true. I meal prep every Sunday. Can usually do 4 breakfasts and 8 lunches for around $40. Even cheaper when I'm using deer meat or fish I got. My proteins are chicken, fish, eggs, and beef/deermeat/wild pork. If you're smart about shopping sales you plan your meals around what protein is on sale.

It’s all about calories. There’s no magic. If you take in fewer calories and burn more than you currently do…you will lose weight.
