Most you have spent on your kid doing a sport.
Obviously sailing or aviation would be incredibly expensive.
I know 3k is pretty normal for travel baseball or club soccer.

My neighbors kid plays hockey and he says its a money pit.
Based on hearing stories on here it looks like travel baseball is bad

Company dance is pretty expensive Don't think it's a "sport" though.

Was talking to a guy the other day about his son playing travel hockey. He claims his son is good enough to be worth the amount.
He said it costs $7500 a year just to be on a team. That price includes nothing.

Equestrian.
Formula 1 racing.
Golf.
Competitive cheer is probably the answer. It only runs from June through May. Travel costs abound. Outfits.

Yeah, motor sports are probably crazy like equestrian or sailing.

We took the boys to Tryon Equestrian Center (after driving to Tryon, only to discover it’s not actually all that close to Tryon), just to goof around. Wow. On just a random day, the rigs we saw just for kid riders.
We will stick to Y team sports, homemade swim lessons and amateur rasslin in the crick.
Our boys have just as much fun beating the shite out of each other in the yard as they do playing organized sports.

Team sport? I would guess hockey.

If you’ve ever owned a horse you know the answer. But at least they don’t post incessantly about it, give their kids weird names, or have take over entire hotels every week.

Hes a moron. The best kids ever south of Mason Dixon, couldn't make a team in Canada or up north.
His son will be a zero on the hockey radar...unless they physically move up north.

Whichever one Jaxxyn prefers

Many of the current drivers on the grid started karting when they were around 4, moved all over Europe to pursue, and with each move up in ranks costing more and more. The day of some off the street random making into F1 are probably long gone. I think Formula 4 is something like $500k per season, Formula 3 over $1 million, and Formula 2 like $3 million. Most of the kids in the lower formulas are kids of millionaires/billionaires.

If you have to ask you can’t afford it.
