Give me the VIN or Craigslist. Create 1 time user gmail address just for that.

Do people still use Autotrader magazines?

Sounds like a great car for a new driver if it's in good mechanical condition..

Just sold a 2010 truck on FB market place with 303k miles for blue book value. Just make sure you vet the potential buyer well through internet searches and FB before you get yourself into something stupid.

Maybe a Facebook post (not on marketplace) to target parents whose kids just turned 16? Or just ask friends if they have a new driver who needs a car

No way I’d use Facebook marketplace, great way to get robbed and murdered

Don’t sell it. Make money by sharing it with an app

my current car's offer from carvana/carmax is less than half of what they sell the same model with more mileage and possibly a few years older. maybe that's not normal

Now is the time to sell cheap cars. The income tax season means lots of low income folks getting Child Tax Credits at a couple grand a kid. Get it out visible cash deal only, make sure the title is transferred and scrape the toll road sticker off

Im not a fan of FB Marketplace either, but what makes it any different than Craigslist in terms of getting murdered ? And how hard is it to just meet at a public place, or in front of a police station ??

Carmax and don't think twice.
You can get more, but dealing with the public on this is a nightmare and no where near worth it.
