I’ve never heard of a tire hazard policy covering hitting a curb. I’ve inquired everywhere near me.

It isn't only women sadly. I looked at my front tire passenger side and it had curb rash on it. I know I didn't hit a curb anytime so I know it was not me driving it.
I think it had to have been one of dozens of valet services I've used over the past 8 months. It's not a massive issue but prob a couple hundred bucks to fix

My wife is kind of bad about it, but I have to admit that I am too. Now, one of my daughters is the king, queen and jack of hitting curbs. She does not need to turn; she'll hit them in straight stretches.

I am certain that my daughter could outdrive anyone ion this board with the exception of BillJ and Obtuse's wife.

I skint a nice Fuchs-style wheel bc I wasn't used to low-speed 4WS.

Back during the whitewall days the tires on my wifes car stayed scuffed up. Every time I washed the car and cleaned the whitewalls I was....WTF is going on. I'd ask my wife what the hell? Her reply....another vehicle got too close and I had to take the curb. Ummm no, you can't drive work a shite.

Also $820 is bonkers for tires unless you are driving high performance. What kind of car is this? They will try to sell you Z or R tires and you probably don't need them. You probably only need Y-rated tires.
