Repairing the broken stuff in my own house. With small children, something is always broken. It is hard to get someone to come do small repairs. I used to value my time more than the cost of paying someone to deal with that shite for me. Now I am to the point that I just do it myself. Drywall, paint, plumbing, electrical, etc. About the only thing I still pay someone else to do is gardening. frick gardens.

Cooking. It started out primarily grilling and smoking, but now has grown into more. I enjoy trying new recipes. Other than that I exercise to try and stay somewhat healthy.

Cigars when I turned 30, and now in the last couple years, especially, a glass of something with the cigar.
In the last few weeks, I've purchased a set of darts.

Blacksmithing. I have made “knives” from railroad spikes and a tomahawk from a hammer.

Several off and on.
I started hiking 14'ers with my son when I turned 50.. He since got married and had children but my gf and I still hike at least twice a year. I ended up doing 14 14'ers..
I picked up the guitar a couple of years ago..learning basic chords. I don't practice enough to be proficient though. I will try the keyboards soon.
I like to cook so in 2021 I cooked a new recipe every week-and found out I had a lot to learn about cooking!
Decorating my house and going to art galleries and finding interesting art to put in my house. I’ve commissioned some paintings for myself and my gf the last few years.
Scotch-lots of scotch.

Restoring a 1976 Bronco.
I bought it non running and towed it home. I've got it running decently but it needs a new wiring harness, carb rebuild, new fluids in diffs and transfer case, and some rusty body work to fix and a paint job. It will get a new interior as well. I have spent the past 6 months just tinkering with little things and driving it around close to home.

At 55, most of my free time is spent keeping up the house and property, grilling/smoking and taking care of my old dog. I still run, but that was a pre-30s hobby so not new. I've recently picked up yoga to help with some injury recovery and improve my strength, flexibility and balance as I age. I have some old barstools with woven rush seats that I want to re-weave, so have been studying that a bit. Once weather cools I'll sit on porch with a drink and a game on the tv and work on that. When I retire, I will probably get back to fishing and boating.
