The Hooters and Twin Peaks method. They staff with the hotter girls that they fly in for new locations and then after a bit, once they got demand going, they leave to go onto the next store and you're left with the trashy locals who don't care as much.

Private golf simulator places are in use now. You can get a monthly membership and it’s by reservation only. Most of them can be 24 hours a day. You get your own private bay. It’s by key card only. It’s awesome.
