BMW driver was a speeding douchebag and hopefully charged with wreckless driving.

Well, you got a slow-arse bum camping out in the left lane, a Jeep driver who doesn’t signal a lane change and a selfish jerk driving a BMW like he’s on the Autobahn, putting everyone’s life at risk. Just a typical day on any highway in America!

Yeah BMW is flying, but if dickhead in the left lane knew how to drive, the BMW would have been in that lane and it would have been avoided. F uck left lane slow drivers.

I stated he was flying. What does 3 lanes have to do with anything. The left lane is still the passing lane, not the drive at or below the speed of traffic lane.

Wait. So Jeep moved over to left lane when the BMW approached? Jeep is the dick. This happens alot, someone in front just moves over to stop the flow of traffic. If I were a cop and this was o camera, jeep would get the ticket.

If you can’t come up with a reason to have a dashcam onboard, maybe this will give you one.
Looks like the Jeep driver might have seen him coming up fast behind him and was trying getting out of his way. At least that is the excuse I would tell the police and my lawyer.

Sorry! At 1sr I thought bmw caused it, and may have. When I looked again it seemed like the jeep moved over as the other vehicle was moving over and I see it happen here a lot. My bad.

BMW is in the wrong. The other car was getting over. You could have someone bleeding out in the backseat and it doesn’t make sense to drive like that. Precisely because what happened in this video is bound to happen.

Don't try to pass in the right lane. BMW was in the mid lane, should have passed legally in the left lane.

If you look closely, the guy in the left lane is overtaking the guy in the center lane. The left lane is NOT the fast lane. It is the passing lane. The BMW driver was 100% at fault in this accident. His insurance should make the other people he affected whole, but his arse should have to pay for his own vehicle repairs/new auto and hospitalization. Furthermore, the other drivers ought to sue his arse far, far beyond what his insurance company will even consider covering so this he learns what it's like to live in a rented single-wide with a 1998 Nissan Sentra as his source of transportaion.
