What does gender-nonconforming mean?

It means you voted for Biden.

It's whatever you want it to be which means you're mentally ill.

It’s a phrase used to deter intelligent, normal people.

Gender fluid is the best one to be. You can change genders at will. Just decide that you “feel” like a woman or a man in that given moment.

I'm pretty sure 99.99% of potential applicants will want to choose the neither option. The terms to describe regular people are offensive so we have to use "non" words now.

For example, I am a non-bipoc, non gender nonconforming, non-transgender, non-female, non-atheist, non-Muslim, non-woman.

I don’t see how they can legally ask this question.
