Are we going to get to the point where any sex has to be recorded in case it's needed in future litigation? Is there where we're going to as a society? That's far more of a pain than an app.
are you trying to be a Supreme Court justice?

This makes so glad I’ve been happily married for 30 years.

And I’m doubly happy my son is now also married.

Not sure how men get convicted of rape now when both parties are drunk. Lawyer up and claim the exact same thing. Penalties offset. They too stupid to even fight?

Conservatives unfortunately were right again: just get married to whomever you are fricking, i.e. don't just be fricking.

I know someone who dated a girl in college. Then she said he r*ped her. He wound up with charges and all. Really they had a fight and she made up a story to get back at him because he wouldn't take her back. Crazy white girl issue.

Yeah that’s pretty fricked up but more common than you think. I’d probably have a want to hire someone to smuggle her out of the country as counter revenge after an experience like that.

He should go to LE and file his own complaint that he was taken advantage of while he was intoxicated.

Which is somehow to have a breathalyzer at your house that you and the other person could use to show you aren't drunk. And the results would then have to be sent to the emails of both people for proof.

I also sadly see body cameras becoming almost mandatory.

All of this is incredibly stupid. These cases are vanishingly few. They are made to seem more prominent by being blasted all over social media.

And right then, she should've had charges brought against her. I firmly believe that if someone lies about being r@ped, then they should face the consequences the man would've gotten.

Hooking up is risky, period.

Either date someone or buy a hooker.

I do think it’s whack that two, drunk, consenting adults can participate and the next day the woman can claim something because she’d been drinking.

I, unfortunately, see the consent thing eventually going the way of the racism claim. People threw that term around so loosely and frankly, in situations where it didn't apply that now, lots of folks don't care anymore. I see that happening with sexual assault and consent claims and sadly, overusing and misapplying the term when it doesn't really fit only serves to water down the real cases of it happening.

Btw, hope sally is doing well. Hug her tight, we had to put our GSD down pretty suddenly this week. I'm a wreck.

I'm so, so sorry, Cricket... truly. Our pets are part of the family and it really hurts when they leave us. ((((hugs))))

I'll give her lots of extra love and forceable puppy hugs today and say prayers for you and yours.

Thanks. Me and my wife are just devastated. He was 10.5 and was doing fine a month ago or so we thought. Stopped eating as much 3 weeks ago. Stopped eating at all 2 weeks ago. Went to every doctor imaginable last week to find out what's wrong. Found the cancer in his stomach and on his spleen this week. He was gone on tuesday. Rescued him from a shelter in Bossier when he was a year old. Poor guy had heart worms, a partially broken hip, a cauliflower ear and was only 37 lbs. We nursed him back to health and had 9 great years with him. I feel like there's a hole in my chest. I have moments where I feel okay or even laugh and smile but it feels like my heart has been ripped out.
