72 degrees, fan on high (large, "hotel style" window unit).
I live on the second floor of an non-insulated home in New Orleans so I have to keep my AC running for at least an hour to cool down my room.
I keep it off during the day because, well, I'm not here and that's just wasteful.

How in the frick do yall sleep with it so hot. We do 61 at night 68 during the day. Thank god for foam insulation

Its funny because found out yesterday my coil had a leak and i was low on freon so i had to sleep at my in laws, they had it on 70 and i woke up in a puddle of sweat. I get night sweats bad. And no i am not fat at all. I have Always been like this, when its below 40 outside, i open the window all night and just get an extra blanket, plenty of times before kids i woke up the thermostat saying 50 degrees.
My wife is 7 months prego and she is worse then me. Even with it on 61 she has two fans blowing on her and only sleeps with the sheets.

65 with fan on medium and a tabletop fan going for noise.
