not really

i have always preferred it cold over room temperature. Only thing hangin on me, is the bat wings from my ball sack.

72 during the day and 70 at night with a ceiling fan running. 68 at night would be ideal for me, but I am just too cheap for that...

I'm in BR, so I'll enjoy the next two cool evenings.

But 78 with ceiling fans is my go to AC temp. 82 day time.

See I go 75 all day (not home at all mostly), then crank it down at night. It blends perfectly with my body temp also attempting to lower as fatigue sweeps over me.

70, old ac was 68, fan on full blast. Get your thermostats checked out.


During the winter I turn the heater on 65

My AC is screwed up so it only works on it's lowest setting so my room gets uncomfortably cold. I try to wake up at midnight to turn it off that way by 4 when I get up it's at a halfway normal level

I don't have AC but when I did I kept it at 78 overnight. I can't sleep when it's cold.
