Depending where you're located, the bar business is pretty recession/depression proof. People are always going to drink

You kinda answered your own question in the post.

Any decent location for a bar is not going to be available for purchase. You'll be stuck leasing. The key to a profitable bar is owning the property in a decent location. Tough combo.

Litter is so bad nowadays. Especially young people: throwing used diapers in the parking lots. I see it throughout Lafayette. If I could convince property owners/business owners that they need to do a better job of keeping their space clean, I could charge them a fee to clean up their property every day. They wouldn’t have to waste time trying to get their lazy employees to do the job. I would have a large panel truck that would cruise around town going to these different businesses and making sure their parking lots are not an eyesore for their customers. Eventually the public would recognize the trucks when they see it and I would sell advertising by placing billboards on each side of the panel truck. These ads would get exposure as I drive around town, just like buses have advertising on them sometimes.

Me and my friend used to always sit around stoned and watch shark tank. Then we would bounce ideas. Not rich yet.

Your wife's an MD? When I see my dermatologist I notice that he runs a side "Rejuvenate"? Skin care business out of his office. I think just about all the Dermatologists and Pkastic surgeons do this. I bet your smart MD wife could pick this up quick and set her own office up in affluent suburbia. Most of the women I know want to look better for as long as possible

My uncle is retired and runs storage units. Seems to be pretty easy and profitable.

I would have a mansion full of Onlyfans and cam models. Basically, a digital pimp!

I wish someone would outfit a trailer with some basic tools and offer at home routine auto maintenance 24/7. Oil changes, tire rotation, coolant flush, etc.

I’d imagine her specialty comes in handy amongst your fellow Aggies.

Probably like an obscene scavenger hunt amongst that clientele.

A fleet of Rickshaws could work. High the homeless to pull them, you know they have intimate knowledge of the streets. What could ever go wrong?

Have not read whole thread and don’t know your area but around my town mini storage units make huge profits. Fairly low startup costs and upkeep.
