100% dry in Tara especially back in 2016. Plus Tara is on the same power grid as BRPD HQ.

Wrong. I lived there at Clark and Plank as a kid. I remember playing in about 3 feet of water in the front yard one time.
I meant Brownfields east of Plank Road up Kleinpeter Road around the Elem. school and for several blocks east of there. Dad built his house there in 1955- has never come close to flooding. You ascend about a 20’ hill heading east. I grew up in that area and have old friends still there. That area never flooded, including 2016. Not even close. Now Guice Road and Clarke Road areas are different.

Clark- that's the west side of Plank. In Brownfields proper (east of Plank, south of Comite, West of Foster), pretty stable and secure. Land rises coming from Plank, it's a natural barrier at Ellen.
2016, the flooding along Hooper from the Comite stopped at Foster Rd.

You can get a flash flood from poor drainage and heavy rains, but that drops quick, it even did in 2016.

When I was little grew up off Longfellow and Hollywood by Exxon. I saw I-110 being built and remember when drunk people missed Hollywood Exit and I-110 which was the last exit. People would drive past that barricade and fall off I-110.

Front part of Riverbend stays very dry. Back part of the neighborhood takes all of the water

Damn straight. I know of only one house in Tara that has ever flooded. It’s just a design flaw and it’s way too low on that one lot.

There are actually parts of Oak Hills that will flood. I know someone who flooded a few months ago in Oak Hills. There are some places where it’s low

We sit right on the north side of highland. My water just flows to the people on Burbank. If I flood, the entire city is gone

I used to rent a place in University Hills. If that place ever floods, someone will have already built an Ark.

Did yours flood? I was referring to the house at the very end of Ashland next to the creek. It’s flooded at least three times.

I’m very familiar with your street as I grew up there in the late 70s and 80s. I now live in another filing but still own a house on your street as well.

Ah yeah...can see how that one takes on water. Nah. Got about 2 feet from the steps last month.

Don’t think you have a house on my street if you live elsewhere. All of us are owner-occupied. That should give away where I live...

I know exactly where you live but didn’t want to out you on here. I played in that ditch every day as a kid. I grew up on Ashland and still own a house there.
