What BR neighborhoods are guaranteed not to flood? I.e. the highest elevation.

We sit right on the north side of highland. My water just flows to the people on Burbank. If I flood, the entire city is gone

Garden District. The area Southern is on. Old Goodwood. Large chunks of North Baton Rouge.

Brownfields- between Ryan Airport and Baker. Has never flooded- sits on a hill.

Not necessarily true. The land on the “low side” of Highland Road are some of the lowest elevation areas in the parish. Now houses up on the river terrace? Yes those are high and dry.
