I listen to Howard 100 , Mad dog,ESPN, RawDog Comedy sometimes. I also catch Paul on the ride home. Country stations in between. Also 80’s on 8

Lithium is completely off limits with that banshee earpain known as Madison in the mornings. Grant is hilarious, though.
Octane/Liquid Metal has turned into the Jose Mangin ego stroke - I really wish he'd stfu about how he hangs out with bands all the time. He sounds like the worlds worst groupie, not to mention the annoying wannabe stoned surfer accent.
Aside from those two channels without the annoying duo, I bounced from Chill, Outlaw Country, to the classic rock channels.
Before I got sick I found myself listening to spotify playlists and audiobooks more and less SXM, especially after Cavino & Rich were taken off. They were my go-to after Opie and Anthony were taken off the air, it just seems like SXM didn't want any organic radio talk anymore. I kept the subscription for the MLB play by play during the day/evenings but I doubt I rush to resub when I go back. The whole platform stinks.

Lithium. Classic vinyl. I like stern but only when they are doing some kind of skit with Ronnie or bobo.
