same. People look down on Sams but i get a $10 membership with work and the top 3 things I purchase are all cheaper at Sams (same brand). Just the baking soda and chlorine I use for pool is $25 cheaper per visit.

I usually go during the week and park close, use the app to scan and pay and I'm out within 5 minutes. It takes 5 minutes just to walk from your parking spot to the door at Costco

Same, buy a lot of gas,

The costco in covington is a dream so far. I have never waited in line to check out or get gas. Sam's is better in some ways but gas isn't one of them

kirkland > Members Mark

Although my time is more valuable than to stand in line at Costco. Download the scan and go app from Sam's and you're in and out in just the time it takes you to load the merchandise.

That having been said for my family of four off top of my head easy go to itmes would be toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and clorox wipes.

Edited to include bottled water and drinks.

They are really good but I just can’t justify $7 for a jar of pickles. I’ve tried to talk myself into it. Can’t do it.

Kirkland one a day multivitamins. They sell bottles of 500 for less than $20.

not all vitamins are created equally. I'm not saying theirs are shite quality, but many vitamins are. I would be suspicious of 500 for $20.

Kirkland Colombian Coffee

I always get Mayorga Cuban Coffee at Costco, when it is on sale...but now they've taken up the coffee grinders...

I get the Ovino Sheep Yogurt there

Get my cereal there, too.

I get my frozen blueberries at Costco, long with olive oil, and of course...rotisserie chicken (I was pissed when they switched from the plastic clamshell to the bag).

Hell yeah. We use scan and go at SAM's and to hell with lines. Only gotta handle the product one time. Pick it up, scan it, put it in the buggy. None of this pick it up, put it in the buggy, pick it up again, put in on the scanner, put it back in the buggy BS. Now that SAMS has the overhead scanners at the door...we don't even need to stop for the door greeter to check 3 items.

Get your last month worth of receipts and let me know all your impulse buys of mom jeans, fishing shirts, underwear, and other shite you didn't actually need. That's precisely why Costco doesn't offer curbside; they need you in the store browsing.

They do free delivery for all of that
