paradigm shift (we have no idea why revenues have fallen so drastically)
I'm a bit of a visionary (I'm a bit of an egomaniac and narcissist)
Net net (I sound like someone who can make money if I keep talking about another word for profit)
manage the optics (we need a believable lie about this)
It's our cash cow (If that business goes south, we're all out of a job)
At the end of the day (enough discussion - we're going to do it my way)

I’ll put in another vote for “Circle Back”.
I want to punch anyone that says it.
I almost immediately discredit anyone that starts an email or meeting with saying “Team…”.

I'll think of some this afternoon, but let's touch base in the morning.

I had a CEO once who would always make a statement and follow it with “does that make sense?” Once is okay if he really thought there was any confusion but he would do it after almost every thought like it was robotic. It was a really disingenuous buzz phrase. Looking back, I wish somebody would have gone Simple Jack on him and said “I da, I da, I don’t know what you mean. I not smart like you.”
He was also addicted to “30,000 foot view.”

Surprised no one has added "touch base" yet. E.g.:
A: When can we circle back on this?
B: Let's touch base tomorrow.
