They are like elephants. They never forget and can pull that shite out of memory anytime at any age. They can categorize it too depending on how much leverage they need.

Preach brother as this is the absolute truth.
They can't remember to check the tire pressure or oil level on the car, but they can remember every damn detail of an argument they had no matter how long ago, but somehow get things turned around to where they were the victim and were right all along.
